I was making interview appointments with a few artisans. 

Firstly, I have made a call with Mr. Mak Kam-Shing from Hawkadv, who is a sign maker of white plate. He replied that he was available to have an interview on 5 July at 2 p.m.

Secondly, I made another call with Mr. Cheung Shun-King from Biu Kee Mahjong, who is an artisan of mahjong tile. He replied that he was available to have an interview on 21 July at 4:00 p.m.

Thirdly I have attempted to call Mr. Yam Cheung-Wing from Wing Shing Cheung Mahjong however he replied he has retired. Through other people I have found out unfortunately around three years ago because of the high demand in rent pay, he was forced to retire.

The last but not least, I have only made three other calls with three artisans except for Mrs. Ho Sau-Mei from Kam Fat Mahjong as  I wasn't able to acquire their contact number. Therefore, I decided to walk in to the store in Hung Hom. There are some information about the carving art of the store (the sign maker) white plate and mahjong.
