Street Interview - results
I have interviewed totally 20 people in Admiralty, Causeway Bay, North Point, Sai Wan Ho and Chai Wan about their favorite food which can represent Hong Kong. The top 3 local food is fish ball, barbecued pork bun and mini egg puffs (collectively, “three famous local food”). Further to this result, I have bought the three famous local food from a prestigious restaurant and notorious restaurant based on research in the Internet, and randomly picked four people to try the food and not telling them where I bought it. This experiment is designed to find out whether the food which general people think is delicious/awful is really the truth. The purpose for doing this is to tell people not to blindly believe the food review online.
