Blog 10 – Viewing final revision
A
pre-screening of the short film was done with a few willing participants to
ensure quality and standard of the film as well as identify any problems that
may have slipped by. As it was the second part of a 2-part film it was not
surprising when there were certain scenes or actions the main character did
that confused the viewers who had not seen the previous film. In spite of that
the viewers still found the film generally interesting and enjoyed without any
need for any exposition or background knowledge of the characters.
There
was a bit of confusion in the space ship scene as my viewers were familiar wit
the shooting location and it gave them a predisposition of the location and
stopped them from realizing my intentions of transforming the scene.
Posiitive
feedback have been received on the clear concept of the film and the use of the
animation along with the audio effect.
