Testing food (experiment):
For the experiment of testing food, I have invited four people to join the experiment and try the three famous local food (i.e. fish ball, barbecued pork bun and mini egg puffs) and give response.
For fish ball, one dish of it is from a convenient store (7-11) and one is from a Le-Guide-Michelin-listed shop. To summarize the responses from the four people, the taste of fish ball from 7-11 is better as it is juicier and chewier.
For barbecued pork bun, one dish of it is from Saint Honore Cake Shop and one is from a Le-Guide-Michelin-listed restaurant. In short, the feedback is that taste of the two dishes of barbecued pork bun is about the same. However, to take the price into consideration, the one from Saint Honore Cake Shop is much cheaper and so is more worthy for buying it.
For mini egg puffs, one dish of it is from a local shop which has got many dislikes on OpenRice and one is from a Le-Guide-Michelin-listed shop. In summary, the one from Le-Guide-Michelin-listed shop gives the impression of having less ingredients (a lack of egg-york-taste), and the one from the other shop give the impression of the opposite.
