6. How many fishermen remaining in Tai O?
7. When is the best period for shrimp paste manufacturing?
8. How to distinguish the shrimp paste in good quality or bad quality?
9. Do you often home-make some salted fish, fish maw and dried shrimp?
10. Can you recommend some dishes that are good for cook with Shrimp paste?
11. After the Hong Kong government announced to ban all bottom and mid-water trawling activities prohibiting fishing that uses all kind of trawlers including shrimp trawlers in the local waters in 2010.Is there any impact to the industry and shrimp paste manufacturing?
12. How do you see the declining of this industry in nowadays?
