Art of City
In my project , I want to talk about street art in city , street art are so popular and emphasized by people and government . But in Hong Kong street art not being taken seriously than other country and it maybe get accusation or penalty . So I want to check out the street art in Hong Kong , what the message are these artist want to tell to people . Also I think street not just about graffiti in street wall it have lot of elements about it .
Every street art reflect what by preference on the part of the artist to communicate directly with the public at large, free from perceived confines of the formal art world. Street artists sometimes present socially relevant content infused with esthetic value, to attract attention to a cause or as a form of "art provocation".
I want to do photo media work to present the street art . I hope can use pictures to talk about the story to talk about the works . Also Im thinking I want to use 1 mins video to connection my photo media .
