It is about the story of McDull, Prince de la Bun and Hong
Kong. It shows the street view of Tai Kok Tsui, an old town of Hong Kong, the
kindergarten life of McDull, the general life in Hong Kong, Hong Kong slangs,
elements of political or social issues, typically Hong Kongers’ feelings.. etc.
Those are connected with story and story in a story from different time period.
The local consciousness is very strong. On the other hand, it is a movie of
discussing identity, space, time and development of society.
Drawing, 3D cityscape and historical footages are used in
the movie as well.
