Interview day

The interview duration was between 2 hours. Mr. Cheng Kai Keung and his family were really warm to welcome me. They were willing to share some story,idea and memory about making shrimp paste and family business. For example, the different between the past and present of making shrimp paste. Also, I was glad that to have a chance to visit their factory inside. Here are some photos represent of today's interview.
