I have prepared some question for the interview with Mr. Cheung Shun-King (Mahjong tile artisan). The interview day will be held on 21 July at 4 p.m.

Here is the first draft of questions.

1.     How long have you been carving mahjong tiles?

2.     Why did you choose this career, and why are you continuing?

3.     What is the difference between hand-made mahjong sets and the machine-made ones?

4.     Is the skill difficult to learn and which tile is the most difficult or challenging to carve?

5.     There are many mahjong parlors in the neighborhood (Jordon), does this help your business?

6.     Do you like to play mahjong?

7.     How do you see the declining of this industry in nowadays?

8.     What is the reason that keeping you working continuously in this industry?
